Full Pet Record

For when you need the detail. Scan the code with any phone: no MaxVet account, no login. It opens in the browser, drawn at that moment from the owner's live record, with the PDF to download. The code stops working 24 hours after the sheet was printed, and the owner can switch it off sooner.

Everything on the sheet, plus:

  • The full laboratory panel, every analyte with its previous result, and the vet's note
  • Every vaccination, with its next due date
  • Weight and body condition, resting pulse and respiration, thirty-day trends
  • Diet, daily allowance and the last seven days of food
  • Primary vet, out-of-hours and insurance details
  • The full timeline, newest first by month: every clinical record and symptom as the owner recorded it, vaccination, weight, medication change, notable stool and laboratory panel, with the owner's photos (tap one to see it full size)

Reading it in ten seconds

Every card is tinted by what its own numbers say. The colour is a prompt to look, never a conclusion. The document diagnoses nothing, and a blank status means nothing was recorded rather than nothing was wrong.

We asked practising clinical teams what they were missing

of the veterinary professionals we surveyed agreed objective home intake data would help them spot problems earlier.

20 of 20 respondents, including all 11 of the veterinarians among them, 6 of whom agreed strongly.

Method

Self-reported attitudinal survey of 20 veterinary professionals (11 veterinarians and 9 veterinary nurses or technicians) recruited through the Prolific panel and screened on job role, fielded 7 August 2026. Respondents were resident in ten countries; median age 33. Both items were agreement-worded, and neither was randomised or reverse-scored, so agreement rates of this form should be read as expressed interest rather than as measured clinical benefit. No outcome, accuracy or diagnostic-performance claim is made or implied. Full demographics and verbatim responses are on the research page.

Intake that is measured, not remembered

A connected bowl stand that weighs every meal and every drink at home and sends it to MaxPet continuously, so the intake history in front of you is a measurement rather than an owner's best recollection. Your clients buy it; it arrives in their record, and yours.

Confidence comes from knowing how the numbers are made

Every figure MaxPet shows is either owner-entered or computed from a published, validated method, documented plainly so you can judge the data for yourself.

Published, validated methods. The daily energy requirement uses FEDIAF and NRC maintenance energy factors. Body condition is the Laflamme nine-point score. The body cover check-in is taken at the WSAVA muscle condition score palpation sites. Where the owner has recorded an arthritis diagnosis, the mobility card is the Dog Quality of Life domain of the CaOA-QoL-TS, an owner-completed measure developed and validated in canine osteoarthritis: twelve items over the past seven days, each scored 0 to 4, higher is worse, with the score computed on the server and never in the app.

The owner's own records. The general mobility, mouth and body cover check-ins are not validated instruments. They are recorded as answered, the previous answer beside the current one, and never turned into a score.
